Shariq Enterprises Properiter is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Closer remote (remote) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals. You’ll work with warm leads provided by our sales development team, follow up with prospects, present solutions, and close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with qualified leads via calls, emails, or virtual meetings to close sales.
• Understand client needs and present customized solutions to meet their goals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company services to communicate value clearly.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to close.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular progress updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales role.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, objection handling, and client relationship management.
