Sales Closer – Team Lead

Overview

NESL-IT is expanding its international sales operations and is hiring an experienced Sales Closer – Team Lead to handle qualified appointments and lead a team of Appointment Setters.

We provide Virtual Assistance services to Realtors and Medical Professionals (Doctors & Clinics) across the USA and European markets. In this role, you will focus on closing deals from qualified appointments generated by the Appointment Setter team while also mentoring and guiding them to improve performance.

This position is ideal for professionals who are confident closers and ready to step into a leadership role.

About the Role

As a Sales Closer – Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to conduct sales meetings, close deals, and ensure strong conversion rates from booked appointments.

You will work closely with Appointment Setters, provide feedback on lead quality, help improve outreach strategies, and support overall team performance.

This role requires both strong closing skills and leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with qualified international prospects
  • Close deals from appointments scheduled by the Appointment Setter team
  • Understand client needs and present suitable Virtual Assistance solutions
  • Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
  • Track deal progress and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Meet assigned monthly revenue and closing targets
  • Guide and mentor Appointment Setters to improve lead quality
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to management
  • Assist in improving scripts, processes, and closing strategies

Who Should Apply

✔ 2–5+ years of experience in sales closing, preferably international sales
✔ Prior experience in Real Estate, Medical, or Virtual Assistance sales is a strong plus
✔ Proven track record of closing deals from scheduled appointments
✔ Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Comfortable speaking with USA and European clients
✔ Leadership or team supervision experience preferred
✔ Ability to manage targets and guide junior team members
