Hiring – Sales Closer (Outbound International Campaign)

We are currently hiring experienced and high-performing Sales Closers UK for our growing outbound International UK Campaign team. We are looking for professionals who know how to create interest, handle objections confidently, and convert prospects into successful sales over the phone.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact outbound prospects using company-provided data
• Build rapport and understand customer requirements
• Present offers clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Handle objections and concerns effectively
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
• Follow up with warm leads when required
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with management to improve closing ratios

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Closer in an outbound uk call center
• Strong spoken English with clear communication skills
• Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling ability
• Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-focused environment
• UK outbound campaign experience will be preferred
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and consistency
• Strong work ethic with a serious approach toward targets
