About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Closer to join our team. This role is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed clients through strategic, consultative sales conversations.
The ideal candidate is confident in engaging decision-makers, skilled in objection handling and negotiation, and focused on achieving measurable revenue targets. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of qualified leads provided through sales setters, inbound channels, or internal referrals
- Conduct structured discovery and strategy calls to understand client objectives, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes
- Present and position the company’s services with clarity, confidence, and a strong value-based approach
- Communicate value propositions, ROI, and competitive advantages effectively
- Manage objections, negotiations, and pricing discussions professionally
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and premium positioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and deal stages within the company’s CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, marketing, and finance) to ensure a smooth post-sale handover
- Follow up with prospects in active decision stages to maximize conversion rates
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance KPIs
- Foster long-term client relationships to support retention, upselling, and referrals
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical sales practices at all times

- Deal closure rate
- Monthly and quarterly revenue generated
- Average deal size
- Sales cycle duration
- Client conversion ratio
- Client retention and repeat business (where applicable)
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in closing sales, preferably within services, marketing, real estate, or high-ticket offerings
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Experience working with senior decision-makers and high-value clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
