Job description:

The Sales Coordination plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing daily operations, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring smooth logistics and delivery. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, with a good understanding of HVAC & refrigeration spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and follow up on sales leads.
  • Order Management:
  • Process local and international purchase orders and sales orders in ERP or accounting software.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in coordination with the sales and logistics teams.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Generate regular sales reports and assist the sales team in tracking targets.
  • Coordinate internally with accounts, warehouse, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in HVAC or technical spare parts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with coordination across departments.
  • May require occasional visits to suppliers, warehouse, or customer sites.
