Purchase Coordinator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services as per company requirements.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update vendor database, price lists, and procurement records.
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Assist in negotiating with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
  • Review invoices and coordinate with accounts for timely payment processing.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Coordinator, Procurement Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
