Procurement Officer

Full job description

We are seeking a Procurement Officer/Engineer with at least 3–4 years of experience in procurement within a Civil Contracting company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in procurement, inventory management, and logistics(International Shipments). This is an urgent hiring, and candidates must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.

· Manage procurement budgets and control costs.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

· Oversee inventory levels and coordinate logistics/warehouse(international shipments) activities.

· Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

· 3–4 years of procurement experience in a Civil Contracting company.

· Strong background in inventory and logistics management.

· Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

· He/ She has basic accounting skills

· Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

· Must be available to join immediately.
