F To generate new enquiries by sending intro letters to new untapped customers and by following up with the existing customers.

F To prepare the quotation and send it to the customer after checking from Asst. Manager/ President – Marketing.

F To confirm the receipt of the offer.

F To follow up with the customer for the order on the basis of the quotation & Negotiate

F To fill up order finalization form after receipt of the order and enter in ERP

F To coordinate with the regional sales executives and regional sales representative of the allotted zone.

F To maintain the files Hard copy as well as soft copy of the quotations and order confirmations.

F To distribute the OC copies to the respective departments.

F To follow up with the production and update self with production status of the ordered Equipments.

F To follow up with the customers for an inspection, if any and payments (like advance, against Performa, after delivery and after installations).

F To clear Equipment for dispatch as well.

F To convey the dispatch details to the customer and also the receipt of the material at their end.

F To coordinate with the CSC for installation status and for complaints status.

F To prepare sales analysis, expected orders, ERP reports on monthly basis giving details of dispatches and pending orders.

To participate in Exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
