Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Job Description :
Coordinate with clients, internal sales teams, and production departments regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
• Maintain sales-related documentation and records in Excel/ERP/CRM systems
• Handle inquiries and follow-up calls with existing customers and distributors
• Track dispatch schedules and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
• Support sales executives in achieving targets and customer satisfaction
• Manage and update customer databases, pending orders, and sales reports
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints or delivery issues
• Follow up for payment collection and coordinate with the accounts department

Years of Experience : Minimum 5 Years of experience

Education Required Any graduation, ( chemical, building material, manufacturing background preferred)

Excel Proficiency Advance Excel

Posting Location H.O ( Kolkata )

Language Known : English, Hindi, Bengali

Salary Range : Upto 27K ( Negotiable)
