We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling quotations, coordinating with vendors, and managing sales documentation in a system integration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily coordination activities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for pricing and availability
  • Process sales orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM/MIS reports
  • Handle basic customer communication and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (IT/System Integrator preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions
  • Good communication and MS Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
