Sales Coordinator - Kannada

Aguaclan Water Purifiers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and articulate Sales Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality water purifiers within the Kannada-speaking market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify sales leads through research, telecalling, and attending industry events (if applicable).
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Aguaclan water purifiers to potential customers in Kannada, highlighting how they address their specific needs.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and provide comprehensive product presentations.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and other sales-related documents with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Aguaclan water purifier models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
• Fluency in written and spoken Kannada is mandatory. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
• A passion for clean water solutions and a desire to exceed customer expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
