Sales Cold Calling Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling / Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS-related products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the US market (Eastern / Central / Pacific time zones), generating leads, and converting them into customers while maintaining a professional and persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential US clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell SaaS products or services effectively.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up to close deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while working under pressure.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and potential improvements.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products or B2B sales is preferred.
• Confidence, persuasion, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work during US time zones (EST / CST / PST).

Pay: Rs 35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
