Job Role:
Responsible for recovering loan instalments/dues from customers, ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency, and maintaining healthy portfolio quality while adhering to company policies and compliance norms.
Key Responsibilities:1. Collection & Recovery
- Visit customers for EMI/instalment collections as per schedule.
- Follow up with overdue customers through phone calls, field visits, and reminders.
- Ensure timely recovery of pending amounts to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
- Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers when required.
2. Customer Interaction
- Educate customers about repayment schedules, penalties, and consequences of defaults.
- Provide support and guidance to customers facing temporary financial difficulties.
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior while dealing with customers.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and recovery status.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on collection performance.
- Handle cash/cheque collections and deposit them as per company policy.
4. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Follow RBI/NBFC guidelines and company’s code of conduct during collections.
- Avoid unethical practices or coercive methods.
- Ensure proper documentation for settlements and closed accounts.
5. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the branch/credit control team to resolve disputes.
- Provide feedback to management on repayment trends and customer issues.
- Support legal/collection agencies in escalated cases if required.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasion and customer-handling ability.
- Knowledge of NBFC loan products and repayment structures.
- Ability to work in the field and travel extensively.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in collections/recovery (NBFC/banking/finance sector preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in local language; working knowledge of English is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
