Role Overview

The Sales & Concept Designer plays a dual role by supporting the sales process and delivering creative design concepts for clients. This position requires strong communication, a refined design sense, and the ability to guide customers in selecting furniture that matches their personal taste, space requirements, and lifestyle.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Explain furniture features, materials, configurations, and pricing clearly and professionally.
  • Support the sales process by presenting design solutions that help clients visualize their ideal space.
  • Assist in meeting monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

Interior Concept Design & Visualization

  • Develop 2D/3D room layouts, mood boards, and concept presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Suggest furniture combinations, color palettes, and layout ideas that enhance interior aesthetics.
  • Assist clients in visualizing how Enza Home products fit into their spaces.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities and showroom display planning.

Showroom Presentation & Product Knowledge

  • Ensure showroom displays are attractive, updated, and aligned with Enza Home’s visual standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Enza Home’s product range, materials, mechanisms, and design trends.
  • Support in organizing and arranging new arrivals and seasonal displays.

Customer Experience & After-Sales Support

  • Maintain follow-up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure a premium brand experience.
  • Assist in resolving minor customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments when required.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain design files, sales records, and customer documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, product trainings, and special showroom events.

Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Fine Arts, Business, or related fields.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software (preferred).
  • Strong design skills with an understanding of color harmony, spatial planning, and furniture styling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for proposals and presentations.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented approach with professional etiquette.
  • Confidence in presenting design ideas to clients.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced showroom activities and multitask effectively.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
