Job Overview

Enza Home Lahore is looking for a talented and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer to deliver personalized furniture and interior solutions to our clients. This role combines consultative sales with interior concept development, requiring a strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning, and the ability to convert design ideas into successful sales. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador while creating inspiring home concepts that align with Enza Home’s design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Engage with walk-in and referred clients to understand their lifestyle, space, and design needs
• Present Enza Home furniture collections and home solutions in a consultative manner
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Follow up with clients to close sales and build long-term relationships
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Concept Design & Space Planning:

• Develop furniture layouts and concept designs based on client requirements
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and styling concepts
• Assist clients in visualizing spaces using layouts, sketches, or design software
• Ensure design proposals align with product availability, measurements, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order accuracy and project execution

Showroom & Brand Presentation:

• Maintain high standards of showroom visual merchandising and styling
• Stay updated on new collections, materials, and global design trends
• Represent Enza Home’s premium brand image in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in furniture sales, interior design sales, or concept design
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of space planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus
• Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven approach
