Job Overview

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a creative and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer to provide personalized furniture solutions and interior concepts to clients. This role combines consultative sales with interior design expertise, requiring a strong aesthetic sense, space planning skills, and the ability to translate client needs into inspiring and functional home designs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Engage with walk-in and potential clients to understand their furniture and interior design requirements
• Present Enza Home products and solutions in a consultative and professional manner
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Concept Design & Space Planning:

• Develop furniture layouts, interior design concepts, and mood boards for clients
• Assist clients in visualizing spaces using sketches, 2D/3D plans, or design software
• Ensure design proposals are feasible, practical, and align with client budgets
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to execute designs accurately

Showroom & Brand Representation:

• Maintain showroom visual standards and product displays
• Stay updated on new collections, design trends, and materials
• Represent Enza Home professionally in all client interactions

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
• Provide regular reports on design projects, client interactions, and sales performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in furniture sales, interior design, or concept design
• Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, and space planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
• Customer-centric mindset, creative thinking, and attention to detail

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
