UIUX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team and contribute to the development of exceptional user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design, a deep understanding of design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI and UX projects.

Responsibilities:

Have knowledge of UX design process.

Must have knowledge of human centred design.

Must have strong portfolio.

Tools strong grip on Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe illustrator, Invision studio, Miro.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define user requirements, product goals, and design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.

Qualification:

Proven experience of 3-4 years working as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) and their impact on design decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
