SENIOR DESIGNER

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of visual designs across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategy, delivering designs that align with brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final execution for digital, print, and social media assets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling campaigns
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality output
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
• Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
• Develop and present design concepts and mockups to stakeholders
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design skills
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing
• Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
