We are currently seeking a Sales & Concept Designer to join our team and play a dual role—enhancing the customer shopping experience through design consultation and driving showroom sales.

Role Overview:

As a Sales & Concept Designer, you will be responsible for engaging clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored design solutions using Enza Home products, and closing sales. This role requires both a keen eye for interior design and the ability to meet sales targets in a high-end retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, providing a consultative sales experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture and design solutions using Enza Home’s product range.
• Create 2D/3D interior design layouts and mood boards to help clients visualize their space.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of furniture trends, space planning, and Enza Home’s design philosophy.
• Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Contribute to the showroom's visual merchandising in line with the brand’s concept.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and walk-in customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in furniture retail, interior design, or home décor.
• Strong design and space planning skills, with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Passion for furniture, interiors, and customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Urdu; proficiency in Punjabi is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
