Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers and provide personalized consultation.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring premium customer experience.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, collections, and offers.

Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store’s luxury aesthetics.

Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–1 year in retail sales (furniture/home décor/luxury retail preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
