Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in New City phase 2. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising students on study abroad options, conducting consultations, managing client inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to sales consulting, ensuring clients receive personalized and effective guidance throughout the admission process.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in international education consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
