Job Title: Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in and digital customers; understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Sales Process: Present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles, explain features, and help customers choose the right model.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with leads from various sources – walk-ins, online, referrals, and telephonic inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, variants, pricing, and competitive comparisons.
  • Documentation: Assist customers with the entire purchase process, including finance, insurance, registration, and delivery.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in automobile sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build rapport
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
