Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in and digital customers; understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Sales Process: Present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles, explain features, and help customers choose the right model.
- Lead Management: Follow up with leads from various sources – walk-ins, online, referrals, and telephonic inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, variants, pricing, and competitive comparisons.
- Documentation: Assist customers with the entire purchase process, including finance, insurance, registration, and delivery.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of proven experience in automobile sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
