Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail clothing store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing personalized style advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• Understand customer preferences and recommend clothing and accessories that meet their style and fit needs
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and styling suggestions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge
• Support inventory management tasks such as stock receiving, tagging, and cycle counts
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business is a plus)
• 1+ year of experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing or fashion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion and styling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems
• Flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
