JOB PURPOSE:

As a Sales Consultant you are mainly supposed to drive your own performance of KPI and sales through your individual effort. You are responsible for managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, presenting the product, conducting a test drive, influencing the specification and negotiation, to closing sales. You are responsible for presenting all brands within Adamas Motors profile in the most professional manner by adhering to the rules and policies of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  • Present & demonstrate product range to meet each customer s individual requirements.
  • To plan, initiate and conduct the sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute to achieving the sales targets.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Be in regular contact with customers, keeping up rapport, suggesting trade-ins, new purchases.
  • Assisting customers with completing their relevant paperwork required for a successful sale, with all due approvals.
  • Maintaining reporting structure, recording sales and inventory on our CRM software Fusion/Titan/Keyloop whichever is applicable.
  • Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle.
  • Carry out sales in accordance with pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets of the department.
  • Successfully responsible for effectively implementing and monitoring effectiveness of marketing activities.

  • Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.
  • Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
  • Liaise with the bank and insurance companies to obtain favourable deals for the customer and the company.
  • Always provide the highest degree of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and adherence to the DMS.
  • Utilize the company s database for prospecting, repeat sales & referral.
  • Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Work with the service department to ensure that vehicles are as expected and on schedule.
  • Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer with approval from HOD.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership s service department.
