We provide professional spiritual consultancy and personalized guidance to clients seeking emotional and practical support. Our work is confidential, respectful and results-oriented.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We are looking for a compassionate, disciplined Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for incoming clients. You will listen carefully, record case details accurately, manage the intake process, and ensure excellent client care with timely follow-ups. This is a people-focused role requiring integrity, empathy and strong organizational discipline.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Listen actively and document client information and concerns.
• Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM/Case Sheet.
• Provide timely client support and schedule follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly activity targets and service SLAs.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Excellent listening skills (70% listening / 30% questioning approach).
• Calm, polite, emotionally intelligent and patient.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Google Sheets / CRM.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• Honest, punctual, and committed to confidentiality and quality.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience) + attractive commission (5–7%) + performance bonuses.
