About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong grasp of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, solution-based selling, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and position AlRawabit as a leading AI and CX transformation partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to expand AlRawabit’s presence across key sectors.
- Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads using a consultative, data-driven sales approach.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and inform GTM planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring data-driven tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Represent AlRawabit at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build partnerships and brand credibility.
- Leverage AI insights and customer data to customize solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within technology, AI, CX, or digital transformation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market planning, B2B sales strategy, and customer acquisition models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
