Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation & Target Achievement: Actively identify, approach, and convert prospects (leads) into clients, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets for tourist, study, or work visas.
- Client Consultation & Advising: Evaluate client profiles to determine the most suitable visa pathways, explaining complex immigration laws, policies, and procedures clearly.
- Document Management: Guide clients in collecting and preparing required documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, resolving concerns and providing exceptional customer service to drive referrals.
- Product Knowledge & Updates: Stay updated on changing embassy regulations, visa policies, and travel requirements to provide accurate advice.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with legal or processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely submission of applications.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales data, often using CRM tool
