Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the furniture industry or related manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence for our factory-produced furniture products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and develop long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
• Promote factory-manufactured furniture products and explain features, pricing, and customization options
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-up schedules
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows as required
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive (preferably in furniture or manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
