Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Sales Consultant at EFU Life Assurance. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and addressing client needs, providing expert insurance consulting services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing client requirements, presenting suitable insurance products, maintaining customer relationships, and actively contributing to business development by achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and foster trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet goals and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry and local market knowledge is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to delivering results are essential.
