Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Immigration Sales Consultant to engage with potential clients, understand their goals, and recommend suitable immigration solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, sales targets, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Understand client profiles and assess suitable immigration or visa options
• Clearly explain processes, timelines, and service packages
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through effective sales techniques
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal documentation and processing teams after conversion
• Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Build long-term client relationships through professional after-sales support

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or client handling (consultancy experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach
• Basic understanding of overseas immigration or work visa programs is a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients in English
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (candidates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply)
• Diploma or higher qualification preferred
