Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends
• Follow up with prospective buyers and property owners

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market is an advantage
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred
