Our clients pay $8,000 for a four-month, project-based financial plan that gives them a comprehensive retirement roadmap covering Social Security timing, tax-efficient withdrawal strategies, healthcare planning, investment alignment, withdrawal sequencing, and more.

We are a fast-growing, fully remote financial planning firm, and every prospect we work with finds us organically through our content.

Our prospects come to us through our YouTube channel, website, email list, and educational content. By the time they book a consultation, they already know who we are, how we think, and what we believe.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for selling our $8,000 project-based financial plans to qualified prospects who have already raised their hand.

You will be one of the first human touchpoints a prospect has with Peak, and you’ll play a major role in maintaining and growing the Peak Financial Planning brand.

Sales Team Vision:

We are building a world-class consultative sales team inside a fiduciary financial planning firm.

Meaning: we are looking for people who can combine financial planning knowledge, wealth management sales experience, emotional intelligence, follow-up discipline, and high personal standards.

This is not a traditional advisor role.

You won’t be building plans, running projections, preparing recommendations, or managing client portfolios. We have a dedicated advisory and planning team for that.

This is a sales role.

We are looking for someone who has already sold financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, investment advisory, insurance/annuity planning, or a similar high-trust financial service.

You do not need to be a CFP® to be considered.

But you do need to understand how people buy financial advice, how to explain the value of planning, and how to guide a qualified prospect through a serious financial decision.

If you do hold the CFP® designation, that gives you a major edge. You’ll be able to answer deeper planning questions from knowledge, build trust faster, and speak the language of the prospects we serve.

For candidates who currently hold the CFP® designation, Peak will offer a $25,000 signing bonus.

We want someone who can turn complexity into clarity and help the right people confidently move forward.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

  • High work ethic
  • Follow our proven sales process
  • Train with your coach daily
  • Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
  • Admin work for data collection

Results:

  • Minimum of 25 clients signed a month
  • Minimum of a 30% close rate

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, investment advisory, insurance/annuity planning, or a similar financial service
  • Strong understanding of how prospects evaluate and buy financial advice
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Comfortable working remotely

Location:

  • Fully remote
  • United States
  • Pacific Time Zone working hours

Compensation:

  • $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
  • Performance-based commission
  • Expected commission: $95,000-$110,000 per year
  • Expected total compensation: $145,000-$160,000
  • $25,000 signing bonus for candidates who currently hold the CFP® designation
