Job Purpose:
Sales Consultant will be operating in a dynamic environment and closely working with walk in customer at the showroom. Sales consultant responsible for actively selling the company cars to support the sales volume and gross profit target and conduct the sales process in a professional manner and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
Key Tasks:
- To sell the required number of vehicles as per your target while maximizing the profit on each unit sold and working with Al Ghandi Auto’s sales processes and methods.
- To Explain all the features and benefits of new and used cars to customers.
- To be a vehicle expert. Know the inn’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- To ensure that all customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories, extended warranties and other value-added products, as and when available, including Al Ghandi Auto certification program to gain customer confidence.
- To Ensure that every customer is offered a test drive and trade-in opportunity.
- To ensure that all customers are properly qualified in respect of methods of vehicle funding and are referred to the Finance and Insurance Manager.
- To strive to delight customers and work towards achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction and are “Completely Satisfied.”
- To proactively seek and secure repeat and additional vehicle sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral, and other available methods.
- To update the dealership’s records with customer information to ensure that the CRM database is fully and accurately maintained.
- To enhance the reputation of Al Ghandi Automotive Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.
- To handle any other ADHOC Tasks assigned by the Department Heads.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Verbal and written English and Arabic preferred, also other languages.
- Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to qualify customer needs fully and accurately.
- Be able to drive a variety of vehicles in a calm, safe and reassuring manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer legislation, regulations, and trade practices as well as vehicle legislation as it affects the industry.
- Always demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm to engage in training and personal development.
- Valid driver’s license
