Sales Consultant – Off-Plan Real Estate (Dubai)

About the Role

We are expanding our  Dubai Off-Plan Sales Team  and are looking for  driven, hungry, deal-closers  who want to dominate the off-plan market.

You will be working with  Dubai’s leading developers , selling high-demand residential and investment projects to  local and international buyers .

What You’ll Be Selling

• Premium  off-plan residential & investment properties
• Projects from top-tier Dubai developers
• High-volume, high-value inventory
• Strong investor demand (local & overseas buyers)

Your Responsibilities

• Actively sell  off-plan properties  in Dubai across US, Europe, Canada, Latin America, South East Asia and Australia
• Handle qualified inbound & outbound investor leads
• Conduct property presentations, site visits & virtual meetings
• Guide clients through the full sales process
• Build long-term relationships with investors
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in  off-plan real estate sales  (Dubai experience is a big plus)
• Strong closing skills and objection handling
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined
• Comfortable working on a  commission-only structure
• Ability to sell to high-net-worth investors
