Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The role involves providing professional counselling, handling university applications, and assisting with visa processes to ensure a smooth and successful journey for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to students and parents regarding study abroad options, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Guide students through application procedures, documentation, and interview preparation.
• Advise on tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation, and living arrangements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting student visa applications.
• Maintain updated knowledge of admission policies and visa regulations for destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain records of counselling sessions.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
• Achieve enrolment targets set by the company

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in a study abroad consultancy.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of international admission procedures and visa processes.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
