The Sales Executive cum Interior Designer will act as a front-line brand ambassador , driving sales performance while offering high-touch design consultation to clients. This dual role requires a polished sales acumen combined with strong aesthetic sensibility and design expertise.

You will manage the entire client journey —from first interaction to conceptual design, product curation, order finalization, and project delivery—ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage high-net-worth clients with impeccable presentation and product knowledge.
  • Understand client lifestyle, preferences, and functional requirements to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Present and upsell products, finishes, and collections to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing including invoicing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
  • Offer expert design guidance on furniture layout, finishes, color schemes, and space planning.
  • Create visual presentations, mood boards, and basic layouts using relevant design software.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure product feasibility and customization accuracy.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and global collections.
  • Ensure the showroom floor is impeccably maintained, visually inspiring, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Participate in product launches, client events, and private viewings.
  • Keep product knowledge updated through training, brand sessions, and supplier briefings.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury furniture or interior design sales (preferably with European brands).
  • Strong design literacy and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Proficiency in design visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work with HNI/UHNI clients and deliver bespoke solutions.
