Job Purpose
The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, and driving sales growth through proactive prospecting, customer follow-up, and relationship management. The role also supports junior sales team members to ensure consistent sales practices and high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Follow up with existing customers to promote trade-in opportunities and repeat business.

Identify and research potential leads through business directories, digital platforms, and online resources.

Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and email communications.

Actively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities to closure.

Support and guide newly recruited and junior Sales Representatives on sales techniques and customer engagement.

Ensure smooth execution of sales administration and customer service activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer data.

Regularly update prospects and customers on product enhancements, modifications, and company offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Previous experience in Automotive or Real Estate sales is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
