Position Summary:


As a Sales Consultant , you’ll be the face of ETS in Pakistan — promoting TOEFL®, GRE®, and other ETS products to students, educators, institutions, and agents. Your goal: drive awareness, build partnerships, and grow test registrations across the country. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote TOEFL®, GRE®, and other ETS assessments to students pursuing higher education abroad
  • Drive growth in test registrations and expand ETS’s market presence across Pakistan
  • Identify and onboard new agents and partners to increase reach and revenue
  • Conduct training sessions for counselors, trainers, and educators — both online and in-person
  • Represent ETS at education fairs, webinars, seminars, and recruitment events
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutions to integrate ETS assessments
  • Launch and support promotional campaigns and Teacher Ambassador chapters
  • Execute BTL marketing strategies to boost brand visibility
  • Coordinate with ETS teams across South Asia for seamless delivery
  • Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activity
  • Design and implement territory-specific sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Business development, Study Abroad Consulting, Test Prep, or University Recruitment
  • Proven success in channel sales and B2B partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan and occasionally abroad
  • Passion for education and a belief in ETS’s mission to expand access and equity
