Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, sales negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through property transactions in compliance with Qatari real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell, off-plan properties and secondary market listings to prospective clients.
  • Build a robust client database and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive properties, pricing trends, and buyer preferences.
  • Provide clients with professional advice on investment opportunities, property values, and financing options.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring an engaging client experience.
  • Liaise with developers, landlords, and internal departments to coordinate property availability and documentation.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all contractual and financial procedures comply with company and legal standards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage sales documentation, booking forms, and CRM updates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in Qatar.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events to generate new leads.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Qatar (off-plan and/or secondary market).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar driving license & Qatar ID
