Sales Consultant (Real Estate) – KSA Branch (Saudi Nationality Only)
Location: Saudi Arabia

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Residential property sales by building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiate deals and manage transactions through to successful closure
• Develop and manage local & international client portfolios
• Advise local and international clients on real estate opportunities in Qatar
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements, and competitor activities
• Promote and sell Off-Plan projects (experience is a strong advantage)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven real estate sales experience
• (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and international exposure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of KSA & Qatar real estate markets, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
• Target-driven, professional, and client-focused
• Immediate availability preferred
