SALES CONSULTANT -TOUR

1. Manage inbound/Outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

2. Identify customer needs and convince them about our services.

3. Gain comprehensive travel knowledge and clarify information wherever required.

4. Calling the Clients and sending proposals of tour package, Hotel

bookings, itineraries, cost details and get confirmation.

5. Receiving and replying to clients questions regarding travel offers over

the phone and email.

6. The customer should be provided with all the services they need while they are travelling and follow up with them throughout.

7. Prompt follow up with all queries and regularly update status in Excel.

8. Maintain daily reports of the call done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
