An experienced Sales Consultant in the 4-wheeler segment is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring end-to-end closure—from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. This role demands depth in product knowledge, adept negotiation, and strong rapport-building skills, especially for seasoned professionals with 1–6+ years of automotive sales experience.

Experience 1–6 years in automobile sales (dealerships such as Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Volkswagen, etc.)
Education Minimum: 10+2; Preferred: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
License
Valid 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
Skills• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Characteristics Presentable, target-driven, proactive, resilient under pressure, coachable, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends).
