Timings:9am-5pm EST
Base Salary Range: $1000-$1500 Monthly+ 70% Commissions
(Potential to make $4000 + $7000 Monthly with commissions)

Overview:
We seek a dynamic Sales person o join their fully remote sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with high energy, charismatic and passion to sell, with exceptional Leadership skills, and excel at delivering persuasive presentations. You will drive our sales efforts and contribute to our company's growth. We’re looking for individuals with a natural radio-style voice — confident, clear, and engaging. Someone who sounds like a leader when they speak, not scripted or robotic.
You should be able to communicate with energy, warmth, and authenticity, keeping conversations natural while still steering them with purpose.What's in it for You:

  • Make outbound efforts each day to companies in Canada and USA
  • Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions
  • Collaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategies
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Must be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client support
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket deals
  • Expected to close minimum of 4 to 6 new customer minimum per month

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English Skills.
  • Radio Voice
  • You must bring high energy, charisma, and the ability to quickly build rapport and engage effectively with clients
  • Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years of Solid Sales experience within B2B

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£25,000.00 per month
