Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Update databases

2. Follow up with Field sales of submittal proposals.

3. Communicate with Field sales to understand client demand and offer sales support where necessary.

4. Follow up with design unit regarding new projects under design & study.

5. Contribute to overall client satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.

6. Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical information.

7. Follow up on sales inquiries and quotations to convert them into orders.

8. Preparing documentation for Authorities approval

9. Prepare new Agreements & review existing contracts with supplier & clients

10. Prepare & update qualification documents, technical and material submittal for projects if needed

11. Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and weekly reports.

12. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars meetings.

13. Coordinate & prepare documents needed for meetings

14. Liaise between engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

15. Prepare & submit weekly Report.

16. Follow up weekly reports of product managers & do monthly performance report for each one

17. Arrange for weekly meeting & submit Minutes of meeting

18. Post new vacancies & conduct interviews & shortlist potential candidates

19. Conduct training & induction for new joiners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer/Structural Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum at least 1-2 years of experience in UAE
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and sales applications
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driving License is a plus
  • Writing and verbal communication skills
