Sales Coordinator

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with customers for inquiries, order status, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure timely delivery and order execution.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing backend support to the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and handle client interactions professionally.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
