Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, order status, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure timely delivery and order execution.
- Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues when required.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing backend support to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and handle client interactions professionally.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales.
