Sales Coordinator

India

  • Provide support to clients by answering inquiries related to travel packages, destinations, and bookings.
  • Assist the sales team by processing and tracking sales leads, bookings, and customer data.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate communication of pricing, availability, and other essential information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help meet or exceed sales targets
  • Assist in promoting travel packages and services through various marketing channels.
  • Support the development of promotional materials, special offers, and discounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new travel products to help generate sales leads.
  • Handle post-travel customer service inquiries, such as refunds, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Provide assistance with changes to travel arrangements as needed during or after the trip.
  • Analyze customer feedback to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
