Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Sales Coordinator will support the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we will provide on-the-job training.

Report to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, quotations and sales orders.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports.
  • Maintain Proper documentation of sales-related processes, contracts, agreements and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and ERP Software
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi, interpersonal skills and detail-oriented abilities
  • Freshers can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
