Sales Coordinator

• Position: Sales Coordinator
• Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,700 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing tele-sales calls with professionalism
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the sales team
• Support in client communication and documentation
• Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, and other client-requested documents
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submissions and responses

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of tele-sales and customer service
• Experience in quotation preparation and follow-up
• Ability to prepare and organize client submittals and technical documents
• Prior experience in a fiberglass or construction-related industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,700.00 per month

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
