As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade and logistics procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, managing, and organizing documents related to international trade transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating effective communication across various departments.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Manage all correspondence between Supplier and Customer
-Develop and manage comprehensive documentation for international trading activities.
- Ensure all trading documents adhere to international trade regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to handle letters of credit and other banking procedures.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance departments to streamline documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for all trade-related documents.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in documentation management, preferably in the Paper and Pulp trading industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation and review.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From AED10.00 per month
