Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate daily sales reports (Corporate & Retail). This needs to be done via email.
- Update CRM / Vehicle Scheduling with accurate data for each Sales teammate (Corporate & Retail). Also prepare a daily file for Installations done Vs pending data with individual team members achievement.
- Keep daily track and share data of Tracker removals done by Sales Team (both for Corporate & Retail).
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and R&D to ensure smooth flow of work. Provide unparalleled support to Sales Team working in the field as their time gets wasted here in fixing issues.
- Follow up on pending tasks, proposals, and client appointments. Make a daily update file & keep it updated at all times (Google Sheet will be shared before end of day today).
- Share task sheets and escalate delays or issues to the Head of Sales.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Compile and share a weekly sales performance dashboard (targets vs. actuals) for both volume & units.
- Maintain revenue trackers and share with Finance and Sales Head to avoid any discrepancy in data.
- Work closely with Sales Team & Finance to close pending Open GP’s and share weekly status report. It is a MUST that on weekly basis there should be ZERO Open GPs of Corporate Channel.
- Prepare data for weekly coordination meetings/calls with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support for all the prevailing issues that team faces during the closed week. Take minutes and follow up with all concerned via email and personal coordination.
- Share weekly highlights and bottlenecks with Sales leadership as in how and where you need support (from within sales team and from external departments) in order to make an impactful and helping presence for Sales Team.
- Keep all files updated for the Leads assigned to the Sales Team by CCO (Baig Sb) along with the files that are required by CCO (Baig Sb) for his knowledge ()
- Document new client onboarding and Keep track of existing and new business over a span of Week.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Sales Review Pack (performance, closures, collections, pipeline preparation with sales team help for the starting month,).
- Submit inter-departmental coordination reports on issues resolved and pending.
- Assist Head of Sales in preparing management review presentations as and when required (Weekly / Monthly).
- Document new client onboarding and keep track of existing and new business over a span of month.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Operations: Vehicle scheduling, installations (done & pending), service updates.
- Finance: Invoicing, receivables, overdue account reporting.
- Customer Support: Complaint tracking and resolution updates.
- R&D: Follow up on meetings alignment with customers and recording outcomes with timelines.
